摘  要:目的应用糖精实验法检测正常青年人鼻腔黏液纤毛传输时间(mucociliary transport time,MTT)正常值。方法应用糖精实验法测量52例健康青年鼻腔MTT,观察性别和鼻腔侧别对MTT的影响。结果52例受试者均完成糖精实验,MTT正常值为(504±141)秒,男性与女性MTT均值差异无统计学意义,双侧鼻腔MTT均值差异无统计学意义。结论糖精实验是评估鼻腔黏液纤毛传输功能的较好方法,性别和鼻腔侧别对MTT无显著影响。OBJECTIVE To explore the normal value of the nasal mucociliary transport time (MTT) measured with the saccharin test. METHODS Fifty-two healthy young volunteers participated in this study. MTT was investigated with the saccharin test. The normal value of MTT was evaluated after statistical analysis with SPSS software, and the effect of sex and nasal cavity side on MTT was also evaluated. RESULTS All subjects completed the saccharin test successfully, and the normal value of MTT was (504±141) seconds. Sex and nasal cavity side difference showed no effect on MTT. CONCLUSION The saccharin test appears to be an useful method in evaluating the mucociliary transport. Sex and nasal cavity side difference may be not the factors affecting the mucociliary transport.
