摘 要:利用丝网印刷的方法制备了一种新型复合添加Pb(Mn1/3Sb2/3)O3、Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3、碱土金属CaCO3、Bi2O3改性PbTi O3压电厚膜陶瓷材料。制得的厚膜膜厚为50-80μm,并具有高压电活性、大压电各向异性、低介电常数及小的介质损耗。分析了预烧粉末和厚膜样品的相结构组成,研究了烧结温度对厚膜陶瓷材料的密度ρ、压电常数d33、厚度机电耦合系数Kt、相对介电常数εr和介质损耗tgδ的影响,结果表明,预烧粉末在850℃下出现了焦绿石相;随着烧结温度的升高,ρ、d33、Kt和εr都是先增大后减小,tgδ先减小后增大。制得了ρ=4.0g/cm3、d33=63.5pC/N、Kt=0.52、εr=143、tgδ=0.009的压电厚膜陶瓷材料。A new modified PbTiO3 piezoelectric thick film ceramic material ( thicknesses from 50 to 80μm) added with Pb(Mn1/3 Sb2/3 )O3, Pb (Ni1/3 Nb2/3 ) O3, CaCO3, Bi2O3 was prepared by screen printing method. The modified material has high piezeoelectric activities, large piezoelectric anisotropy as well as low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss. The phase structure of powders and thick film materials are analyzed. The influences of sintering temperature on density ρ,piezoelectric constant d33, electromechanical coupling coefficient Kt, relative dielectric constant εr and dielectric loss tgδ are studied. The resultes show that the powders calcined at 850℃form pyrochlore phase. With the increase of the sintering temperature, ρ,d33, Kt and εr are increased at first and deceased later, but tgδ is opposite. At last , the piezoelectric thick film material with ρ=4.0g/cm^3, d33 =63.5pC/N, Kt=0.52, εr =143, tgδ=0. 009 is obtained.
