摘　　要：报告1例播散性多发性血管球瘤。患者女,23岁。因面部、右耳郭和右侧肢体出现许多蓝紫色丘疹和结节2年余就诊。皮损组织病理检查示真皮中下层可见许多形态不规则、扩张的血管腔,管壁内衬一层血管内皮细胞,周围有数层血管球细胞。免疫组化染色示肿瘤细胞波形蛋白和平滑肌肌动蛋白(SMA)均阳性。诊断为播散性多发性血管球瘤。A case of disseminated multiple glomus tumors is reported, A 23-year-old woman presented with multiple bluish-to-purple papules and nodules on her face, right auricle, right ann and right leg more than 2 years, Skin biopsy showed multiple dilated vessels of irregular shape lined by endothelial cells and a few outer layers of glomus cells in the lower dermis. Immunohistochemical analysis demonstrated positivity for vimenfin and smooth-muscle actin（SMA）, The diagnosis is disseminated multiple glomus tumors,
