摘　　要：介绍了梅钢2号连铸机漏钢预报技术的组成和生产应用实践;通过对漏钢预报技术各种不同类型报警信息的分析还可以发现生产中存在的问题,便于指导改进生产操作和工艺,漏钢预报技术的智能化可以使该技术得到进一步完善。The present paper introduces the mould breakout prediction technology and application of this technology in the production practice in the No. 2 Slab Caster of MEI-SHAN Steel-making Plant. By analysis on the different kinds of the alarm information from the mould breakout prevention system the problems existing in the production can be found out and the operation and process of the continuous casting production further be improved. And moreover the mould breakout prediction and prevention system can be further perfected by application of the intelligent automation.
