摘　　要：胃动素作为一种新的胃肠激素在多种消化不良疾病中起着不同的作用,但对其作用机制说法不一。针对这一问题,本文对胃动素与功能性消化不良关系的最新研究进展作一综述。Motilin as one of the new plasma gastrointestinal hormone plays an important part in different disease. Motilin mainly expresses in gastrointestinal tract,promotes gastrointestinal motility and anastoles interdi- gestive phase Ⅲ. The mechanism of Motilin system is still nulli-illuminate, mainli because it＇s deficiency comprehend motilin and its receptor. This article introduced motilin physiological functions and influential factors, summarized the latest development in functional dyspepsia, and pointed out its advantages and perspective.
