摘　　要：癌症是当前严重威胁人类健康的疾病之一,目前的研究认为,癌症的发生是一个复杂的过程而且受诸多因素的影响。随着科技水平的提高,医学模式逐渐从传统的社会—心理"模式转变为"生物-社会-心理模式。社会心理因素与癌症之间的关系也引起日益关注。很多学者更加重视了社会因素--不健康的生活方式、生活事件、心理因素、性格及行为等与癌症发生相关性的研究。本文重点总结癌症与癌症易感性行为(C-型行为)相关性研究的现状。总结C-型行为在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用,以改善肿瘤患者的心理健康状况,指导患者调节不良行为。Currently, cancer is one of a disease which acts as a serious threat to human health. Current research indicates that,the occurrence of cancer is a complex progress which is affected by many factors. With the improvement of science and technology, medical model gradually transforming from society-psychology into biology-society-psychology mode, the relationship between cancer and social psychological factors is also causes increasingly attention. Many scholars pay more attention to the study of the relationship between the occurrence of cancer and social factors, such as, unhealthy lifestyles, life events, psychological factors, personality and behavior. This article mainly discusses the current study of cancer susceptible behavior-C-type behavior, summing up the effect of C-type behavior in the occurrence and development of cancer so as to improve the mental health status of patients and regulate their bad behavior.
