摘　　要：继续教育是提高企业竞争能力,解决科技人员素质与生产不适应的矛盾的重要手段。本文提出了对本企业开展专业技术人员继续教育的一些探索和建议。Continuing Education is the most important method to improve competitiveness of an enterprise and to resolve a contradiction between the quality of technician and the development of production. The paper gives advices about the continuing education of specialized technician in the enterprise.
