摘　　要：DACUM方法是一种分析和确定某种职业或岗位所需能力的方法。根据土建类专业必须具备的综合能力和工程测量课程的特点,以培养学生专业综合能力为目的,采用CBE理论体系下的DACUM方法,分析传统土建类专业工程测量课程教学中存在的问题,根据建设行业人才培养要求,确定工程测量课程教学的新目的和新任务,探讨高职院校培养21世纪高科技岗位型人才的教学新模式。The DACUM method is to analyze and determine the ability needed in some kind of occupation or the post. According to the synthetical ability required by civil engineering specialty and th characteristic of project survey curriculum, the DACUM method using CBE theory system is accepted and aims to improve students＇ professional synthetical ability. The article analyzes the existing problems in traditional teaching of civil engineering specialized project survey curriculum. According to the requirement for talents training in construction profession, new goal and task should be defined for the teaching of project survey curriculum. Also the article discusses the new teaching pattern for higher vocational colleges and universities to foster the high-tech post talented persons in 21st century.
