摘　　要：本文简述了ERP及我国企业实施ERP的概况,分析了企业实施ERP过程中所面临的风险和问题,为了降低实施风险,提出了ERP-CMM概念、模型和实施方法,并强调了在实际应用中应该注意的问题。The paper briefly describes ERP and the current situation of putting ERP into effect.It deeply analyses the problems and hazards through the process of putting ERP into effect by enterprises. For reducing the hazards in implementing ERP ,it advances the conception, model and manner of putting ERP-CMM into effect.It also emphasizes the problems in the process of putting ERP-CMM into effect in which enterprises implement ERP.
