摘 要:通过Ti(SO4)2与H2O2反应生成的配合物沉淀来制备超细TiO2-SO2-4固体酸催化剂,考察了催化剂焙烧过程的热分解性质,确定了催化剂的焙烧温度。用XRD及TEM测定了催化剂的晶形及颗粒大小,并研究了催化剂对α-蒎烯异构反应的产物分布,主要异构产物为莰烯。α-蒎烯转化率为91%,莰烯选择率为67%。Superfine solid state acid calalyst TiO 2 SO 2- 4 was prepared by the complexing titanium salfate with hydrogen peroxide.In the process of roast the thermolysis of the catalyst was investigated,the roasting temperture being determined.Crystal form and particle size of the catalyst was characterized by XRD and TEM.By using TiO 2 SO 2- 4 as catalyst,the products distribution of α pinene isomerization was studied.Main isomeric product was camphene.The conversion of α pinene reached 91%.The selectivity of camphene was 67%.
