摘  要:根据反转法详细推导了一种特殊用途的封闭式差动轮系的传动比的计算公式,并且给出各级行星架受力情况的计算方法;通过对传动比公式的总结,在Matlab环境下编制了传动比计算软件;对于两级情况,提供了传动比分配与各级齿数设计方案,提高了传动比分配的速度,为设计该种减速机提供了必要的工具。The fast calculating method of transmission ratio for a sort of closed differential gear train base on reverse method is derived and the calculation methods of stress condition of all planet carriers is presented. The software for calculation of transmission ratio is developed based on matlab through summarized the formula of transmission ratio. For two-stage gear drives, design scheme of the distribution of transmission ratio and tooth number is provided, the distribution efficiency of optimal transmission ratio is improved and tool for the design of this reducer is provided.
