摘　　要：骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)主要存在于骨髓中,在脐血、外周血、脂肪、皮肤等多种组织中也相继分离出MSCs。MSCs具有多向分化的能力,在一定条件下可分化为各种不同来源的细胞。目前,MSCs的分离培养、诱导分化及鉴定体系已趋成熟,其在临床应用的前景广阔。血管内皮细胞(VECs)来源于中胚层,因此MSCs具有分化为VECs的可能性。Mesenehymal stem cells （MSCs） are mainly localized in the bone marrow and also are resided in the umbilical blood, peripheral blood, fatty tissue, skin, and so on. MSCs have the potential to differentiate into mesenehymal tissues in vivo and vitro. At present, the system of cultivation, induction and identification of MSCs are gradually becoming mature. Meanwhile,vessel endothelial cells derived from the mesoderm, so MSCs have potency to differentiate into vessel endothelial cells.
