摘　　要：Claudin蛋白是细胞间紧密连接蛋白的主要结构之一,其表达具有组织特异性,在维持细胞极性和紧密连接屏障功能方面起着重要作用。Claudin蛋白的异常表达与恶性肿瘤的发生和发展有着密切关系,多种途径可能参与了Claudins表达的调节。研究claudins在生理、病理状态下的改变,有助于对相关肿瘤进行诊断、针对性治疗和判断预后。Claudins为肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供了一种新思路。Claudins is a family of integral membrane tight junction （TJ） proteins. The tissue - specific expfessions of elaudin proteins perform specialized epithelial or endothelial functions including maintenance of cell polarity and paraeellular barrier functions. Many researc, hes indicate that abnormal expression of Claudins be related to tumors. Multiple signaling pathways may be involved in the regulation of their expressions. It is helpful to study on the states of elaudins in physiological and pathological conditions for diagnosis and estimation of the prognosis in these tumors. Claudins＇s specific functions offer an area ripe for harvesting tumor markers as well as therapeutic targets.
