摘 要:建立重型卡车双前桥转向机构的力学分析模型。利用转向纵拉杆的结构特点和受力特点,分析作用在方向盘上的主动力矩和转向纵拉杆所受外力之间的关系。建立重型卡车双前桥主要部件的有限元分析模型,用ANSYS软件对主要部件进行强度分析和计算,并通过相关的电测试验,对有限元计算结果进行试验验证。为复杂机构的强度分析提供技术基础。The primary goal of this research is to develop the method of analysing the strength of the steering bogie linkage assembly of heavy-truck. The method used in this study is to establish a force analysis model of heavy truck. According to steering system structure and forces features, the relationship between the active torque acted at the steering wheel and the exterior forces acted at the steering longitudinal drag links was established. Theoretic analysis of the main components of the steering bogie linkage assembly was carried out by means of ANSYS software, and the corresponding experiment was also made. Both results were discussed and compared with each other. It is shown that the strength of the components is enough.
