摘 要:进行两个试验考察饲料中添加杜仲叶提取物对异育银鲫生长、血清非特异性免疫和肌肉品质的影响.试验一:采用平均体重为(24.0±2.0)g的异育银鲫鱼种,在基础饲料中分别添加0·0%(对照组)、0·1%、0·15%和0·2%杜仲叶提取物,饲养8周后,各组异育银鲫增重率分别为124·9%、127·9%、141·0%、123·2%,其中添加0·15%杜仲叶提取物较对照组显著提高鱼体增重率,降低饲料系数(P<0·05);对血清非特异性免疫指标的测定表明:添加0·1%、0·15%、0·2%杜仲叶提取物可在不同程度上提高血清超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismulasc,SOD)、溶菌酶(lysozyme,LSZ)和碱性磷酸酶活性(alkaline phosphatase,AKP),其中添加0·15%杜仲叶提取物对血清非特异性免疫指标的影响最显著;在肌肉品质方面,添加0·15%杜仲叶提取物可提高肌肉粗蛋白含量和肌肉耐折力(P<0·05),降低肌纤维直径和肌肉失水率(P<0·05).试验二:在基础饲料(含0·5%Cr2O3)中分别添加0·0%(对照组)、0·1%、0·15%和0·2%杜仲叶提取物,饲养平均体重为(55·3±3·5)g的异育银鲫,测定饲料营养物质消化率及肠道蛋白酶活性.结果表明:添加0·15%杜仲叶提取物可显著提高异育银鲫粗蛋白消化率、干物质消化率和肠道蛋白酶活性(P<0·05).上述结果表明,饲料中添加0·15%杜仲叶提取物可提高异育银鲫对营养物质的消化率,促进生长,提高血清非特异性免疫力,改善肌肉品质.Two trials were conducted to investigate effects of adding Du-zhong (Eucommia ulmoides Oliver)leaf extract (DI.E) in diet on growth, serum non-specific immune response and meat quality of crucian carp. In trial 1, crucian carps with average body weight of (24.0±2.0) g were fed with basal diet added with 0.0%(control diet),or 0. 1% ,0. 15%,0.20% DLE for 8 weeks. Growth rates of the four groups were 124.9%, 127.9%, 141.0%, 123.2%, respectively. The growth rate of fish was significantly improved and feed conversion rate(FCR) decreased by adding 0. 15% DI.E in diet (P〈 0.05) compared with control. Fishes fed with diet supplemented with 0. 15% DLE had higher activities of superoxide dismutase, lysozyme, alkaline phosphatase than that of control. In the respect of meat quality, muscle crude protein content, myofibrillae length were increased and muscle fibre diameter, water lose rate decreased by adding 0.15% DLE in diet compared with control. In trial 2, crucian carps with average body weight of (55.3±3.5)g were fed with basal diet(containing 0.5% ( Cr2O3 ) added with 0.0%(control diet) or 0.1%,0. 15%,0.2% DLE, then their feces and intestine tissue were collected to determine nutrients digestibility and intestinal protease activities. Digestibilities of dry matter, crude protein and intestinal protease activity of fish fed with 0. 15% DLE diet were significantly higher than that of control. Results above show that nutrients digestibility, serum non-specific immunity, growth rate and meat quality could be improved by adding 0.15% DLE in diet for crucian carp.
