摘　　要：目的探讨改良直线法手术修复二度唇裂效果及优点。方法按直线法定点,根据上方三角形大小设计鼻前庭三角瓣修复二度唇裂。结果2003年1月～2007年2月行改良直线法手术修复二度唇裂178例,随访116例,随访时间为术后5个月～4年,术后优良率为95.69%。结论改良直线法唇裂修复术,充分考虑二度唇裂特点,在延长患唇时只延长裂隙内侧而不延长外侧,保留合理利用了上方(鼻底部)以前要切除的等边三角形皮瓣。既保留了直线法与上三角瓣法的优点,又克服了它们的不足,最适用于患唇短缺0.6～0.7cm以内的二度唇裂。Objective To explore the effect and advantage of repairing Ⅱ^ 0 cleft lip by using modifieated straight line method.Methods According to Rose ＇ method, Ⅱ^ 0 cleft lip were repaired as well as by using nasal vestibular triangular flap.Results 178 eases withⅡ^ 0 cleft lip had been treated from Jan 2003 to Feb 2007.Among them, 116 eases were followed up for 5 months- 4 years after operation. The good effect rate was 95.69%.Conclusion Fully considering the characteristics of Ⅱ^0 cleft lip ,medial fissure was extended without affecting lateral.The upper （nostril bottom） was rationally reserved.The results were satisfied. The operation was suitable for Ⅱ^0 cleft lip which was short 0.6cm to 0.7cm.Both advantages of Rose ＇ method and upper triangular flap were kept,and overcoming their shortages.
