摘  要:在高精度A/D转换器的设计中,双积分式A/D转换电路具有结构简单,工作线性性好的优点,但其双积分电压的切换控制和高位数计数器的实现一直是一个瓶颈。应用大规模可编程逻辑器件CPLD对积分充放电控制电路和计数器进行设计,同时运用QUARTUSⅡ开发软件对电路进行时序仿真和功能验证,从而实现了高精度、高可靠性、高线性性的A/D转换器。Analog-to-digital converter by double integral has the excellence of configuration-simpleness and linearity-high in course of high-precision AD converter designed, but it is very difficult that the switch-controled of double-integral voltage and high-precision counter Switch-controled of double-integral voltage and high-precision counter are designed by CPLD,and further Timing simulation and fimctional verification of the designed circuits are doing by QuartusⅡ. Accordingly AD converter is realized which is high-precision,high-reliability and high- linearity.
