摘　　要：Matlab是现在工程领域中一套最为出色的科学计算软件,Stateflow是Matlab自带的工具箱,主要用来实现对工程问题的模型化和动态仿真。本文介绍了Stateflow的基础知识以及基于Stateflow的安全联锁回路仿真建模方法,并以氢氧化铝焙烧炉预热燃烧器作为具体实例进一步阐述。这种方法使逻辑设计仿真变得容易、直观且便捷。Matlab is a set of excellent science computing software in the engineering domain now.Stateflow is a toolbox attached to matlab and used to relize modeling and dynamic simulation of engineering problem.This paper address the preliminary knowledge about sateflow and the modeling method about safety interlocking loop base on sateflow and farther expatiate it with a example of prewarming burner of alumina hydrate furnace.This method makes logical designing simulation more facilely.
