摘　　要：在高校教师教学的评价方面,理论界倾向于采用发展性评价,而非奖惩性评价,但在实践中,我国高校大多采用奖惩性评价;普遍认为学生评教虽然不完全反映客观实际,但相对来说最为有效和准确;大都看重包括教学态度、专业水平以及教学技能三个方面的评价内容,但在追求评价指标的粗抑或细等方面,存在较大争议;一般都主张定量考核与定性考核相结合;当前,较多地关注教师教学评价的影响因素研究。The field of theory inclines to developing evaluation not penalty evaluation on the teaching evaluation of college teachers, however colleges in China generally adopt penalty evaluation; and students＇ evaluation can＇ t reflect the fact completely but is the most precise oppositely; and emphasize teaching attitude and specialty level and teaching skill but has controversies on the index of evaluation for roughness or precise etc. ; and the eombinatlon quantity evaluation with quality evaluation; and nowadays pay more attention to the research of effect factors.
