摘　　要：目的:探讨HIF-1α、Glut-1在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义,并分析两者的相关性。方法:用免疫组化法检测60例乳腺癌癌组织中HIF-1α、Glut-1的表达,并分析其与临床病理因素的关系。结果:HIF-1α、Glut-1在乳腺癌组织中的阳性率分别为68.3%、63.3%。两者阳性表达与患者年龄、月经状态、肿瘤大小无相关性(P>0.05)。HIF-1α蛋白阳性表达率与病理分期、淋巴结有无转移、组织病理学分级有关(P<0.05)。Glut-1阳性表达率与病理分期、淋巴结有无转移有关(P<0.05),而与组织病理学分级无关(P>0.05),但随组织病理分级增高有增高趋势。HIF-1α蛋白、Glut-1蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.461,P<0.001)。结论:HIF-1α、Glut-1蛋白的异常表达与乳腺癌的发生、发展及预后有关。Objective ：To study the expression and significance of HIF- 1α protein and Glut- 1 protein in breast carcinoma. Methods：Their expression in 60 patients with breast carcinoma was examined by immunohistochemical sta/ning. Their relationship with clinicopathologic factors was analyzed. Results ： The positive expression rates of HIF - 1 α, Glutl in breast carcinoma were 68.3% ,63.3% ,respectively. No significance was seen in their rates of expression with age, menstrual status and tumor size （ P 〉 0.05 ）, the expression of HIF - 1 α was significantly correla- ted with lymphatic metastasis surgical - pathologic staging and histological grade （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the expression of Glut - 1 was significantly correlated with lymphatic metastasis surgical - pathologic staging and was not significantly correlated with histological grade（ P 〉 0.05 ）, but with the increase of histological grade, the expression of Glut - 1 increased. Expression of HIF - 1 α was positive correlated with expression of Glut - 1 （ r = 0.461, P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion： The variation of Glut - 1 and HIF - 1 α expression in breast carcinoma may be related to the pathogenesis and development and prognosis of the breast carcinoma.
