大肠癌组织中COX-2和Survivin蛋白表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨大肠癌组织中COX-2和Survivin蛋白表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法:采用微波-LSAB免疫组化染色方法检测80例大肠癌组织中COX-2和Survivin的表达情况并分析其与大肠癌浸润转移的关系。结果:COX-2和Survivin阳性物质定位于细胞质。80例大肠癌COX-2和Survivin的过表达与大肠癌的Dukes分期、淋巴结转移和浸润程度具有相关性(P<0.05);而Survivin与COX-2蛋白共同在大肠癌中的过表达有密切关系(P<0.01)。结论:survivin蛋白与大肠癌组织中COX-2蛋白的阳性密切相关,两者可能存在共同的激活机制,促进大肠癌组织的增殖、凋亡及侵袭转移。检测COX-2和Survivin蛋白表达对了解大肠癌的生物学行为和判断患者的预后有一定的实用价值。Objective ：To explore the expression of COX -2 and survivn in colonal carcinoma and the relation to clinicopathologic factors. Methods： Microwave - LSAB immunohistochemical staining was carried out to detect the expression of 80 cases of Colonal carcinoma and analyze the relation between them and invasion, metastasis. Results： Positive article was located in cytoplasms. The strong expression of COX -2 and survivin was related to Duke＇s grade, lymph node metastasis and invasion degree （P 〈 0.05） , meanwhile, the expression of survivn was closely related to the expression of COX -2. Conclusion： The expression of survivin was closely related to the positive expression of COX -2, and both of them may act to each other, and also promote the proliferation, apoptosis,invasion and metastasis in colonal carcinoma. So detecting the expression of COX - 2 and survivin may have some value to understand the biological behavior and prognosis of colonal carcinoma.
