复方皂矾丸对抗胃癌化疗骨髓抑制的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究复方皂矾丸在晚期胃癌患者应用FOLFOX4方案化疗时,对骨髓的保护作用。方法:将96例晚期胃癌患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组用复方皂矾丸+FOLFOX4化疗方案治疗,对照组用FOL-FOX4化疗方案治疗。试验组化疗前1周起,服用复方皂矾丸,直至化疗结束后1周。对照组48例,按照FOLFOX4方案化疗,不服用复方皂矾丸。从治疗前开始监测病人的血常规,直至治疗开始后4周。结果:试验组的白细胞平均数显著高于对照组,试验组化疗后白细胞低于正常的例数明显少于对照组,4周内试验组白细胞正常率明显高于对照组,均具有统计学意义。结论:复方皂矾丸与FOLFOX4化疗方案联合应用时,能保护晚期胃癌患者的骨髓免受化疗损伤,提高患者对化疗的耐受性,无明显不良反应,具有较好的应用前景。Objective：To study the protection role of complex Zaofan pill to marrow in advanced gastric cancer patients with the therapy of FOLFOX4. Methods： Total of 96 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients were divided into testing group and control group, the former patients were treated with FOLFOX4 and complex Zaofan pills, while the control group were only treated by FOLFOX4. To observe the blood routine from pretherapy to 4 weeks after therapy. Results： The average of WBC and the normal ratio of WBC during the therapy in the testing group were notably higher than the control group. Conclusion： Complex Zaofan pills combining with FOLFOX4 in the therapy of advanced gastric cancer has the significant therapeutic effect of the protection of marrow, and it also can enhance the tolerance and compliance of the patients, so it has better prospect in cancer therapy.
