摘 要:目的:探讨LRP16在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的定位,分析浆液性卵巢癌中LRP16与雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)、孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)、E-钙黏着蛋白(E-cadherin)表达间的相关性及临床意义。方法:免疫组化染色法检测5例浆液性交界性卵巢癌、6例子宫内膜样腺癌、5例透明细胞癌、46例浆液性卵巢癌中LRP16、ER、PR和E-cadherin的表达。结果:LRP16在癌细胞胞浆和胞核内均有分布,但在浆液性交界性卵巢癌细胞核内的表达(0.0%)明显低于浆液性卵巢癌中(58.7%)(校正χ2=4.103,P=0.04),而浆内表达的差异则无统计学意义(分别为20.0%、52.2%);LRP16在核内的表达强度与浆液性卵巢癌临床分期的高低存在统计学意义的正相关性(r=0.348,P<0.05);子宫内膜样腺癌、透明细胞癌、浆液性卵巢癌三种类型间核内阳性率(分别为66.7%、60.0%、58.7%)和胞浆内阳性率(分别为50.0%、40.0%、52.2%)的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);LRP16与ER、PR以及E-cadherin的表达均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:核内LRP16的表达可能与浆液性卵巢癌的病理进程有关,对卵巢癌的临床诊断和病情进展的预测可能具有一定的指导意义。Objectlve:To measure the location of LRP16 in estrogen -related epithelial ovarian tumors. The clinical significance of LRP16 and its association of expression with estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and E -cadherin in serous ovarian cancer were investigated. Methods: Expression of LRP16, ER, PR and E -cad- herin in 5 cases of borderline serous ovarian cancer, 6 cases of endometriod adenocarcinoma, 5 cases of clear cell adenocarcinoma and 46 cases of serous ovarian cancer were examined by immunohistochemical staining. Results: LRP16 protein located dispersedly in the cytoplasm and nuclei of the cancer cells ; however positive rate of LRP16 in the nuclei was significantly lower in borderline serous ovarian cancer than in serous ovarian cancer ( 0.0% vs. 58.7% , revised x^2 =4. 103, P =0.04). No significant expression difference in cytoplasm existed between these two types (20.0% vs. 52.2%, P 〉 0.05 ). The staining intensity of LRP16 in nuclei was statistically correlated with the clinical stages of serous ovarian cancer( r = 0.348, P 〈 0.05 ). No marked differences of positive rates of LRP16 were observed in either nuclei or cytoplasm among endometriod adenocarcinoma, clear cell adenocarcinoma and serous adenocarcinoma. No statistically significant relationship among ER, PR,E -cadherin and LRP16 expression was detected. Conclusion: LRP16 protein in the nuclei was possibly correlated to the pathological progression of ovarian cancer and may be guidance for clinical diagnosis and a predictor for its development.
