摘  要:中国加入WTO后,涉外法律事务日渐增多。为国家培养熟悉中外法律制度,精通外语的复合型人才成为高等法律院校在新世纪的重要任务。因此,要认清开展法律忖业双语教学的必要性,有针对性的对其教学的模式、内容、教材的选择、教师的培养作相应的安排。同时,学校应给予双语教学以有力的资助,建立有效的教学管理机制。Since China's entry into WTO, the legal cases concerning foreign affairs have been increasing. It has become an important task in the new century to cultivate talents who are familiar with both legal systems abroad and foreign languages. Therefore, it is compulsory to carry out bilingual education among law majors, pertinently arranging for the teaching pattern and contents, the selection of teaching materials and the teacher training. Meanwhile, the university authority should give powerful support for bilingual education and establish effective mechanism of teaching administration.
