摘　　要：处于身心发展重要时期的中小学生不可避免会遇到各种心理困惑和问题,在中小学加强心理健康教育显得尤为迫切和重要。对心理健康活动课进行探索思考,及时矫正心理健康活动课中存在的问题,使心理健康教育实现预期目标,已经成为了素质教育的重要环节。The students in primary and secondary schools, in the important period of physical and mental development, are inevitable to encounter all kinds of psychological queries and problems, as a result, it is urgent and important to consolidate psychological health education in the primary and secondary schools. An important step of quality education is to conduct exploration and thinking on psychological health activities, to solve the problems in mental health activities on time, and to make psychological health education attain predicted goal.
