摘 要:以阔瓣含笑叶片为原料,定性鉴定了其提取物中的酚类物质,并对酚类物质的超声波提取工艺进行了优化,采用单因素实验法对影响总酚提取率的4个因素(乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度和提取时间)进行了分析,利用正交试验法确定了提取总酚的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,提取液具有典型的酚类化合物特性,定性反应现象明显;阔瓣含笑叶片中总酚的最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度80%,料液比1∶40,提取温度55℃,提取时间30 min。在最佳提取条件下的总酚提取率为10.57%。Phenols in the extracts of M. plat3petala were analyzed qualitatively in this paper. The effects of four factors (ethanol concentration, ratio of material to solvent, extraction temperature and extraction time) on the extraction ratio of to- tal phenols from M. platypetala leaves were analyzed by single factor experiment, and the optimum extraction technology of total phenols was also identified by the orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that the typical specificity of the phenols was found in the extracts. The optimal conditions for the extraction of total phenols from M. platypetala leaves were as: ethanol concentration 80% and ratio of material to solvent 1:40 at the 55℃ of extraction temperature for 30 min, by which 10.57% of total phenols was extracted.
