摘　　要：糖性白内障是一种代谢性眼病,它的发生与体内多元醇通路异常活跃、晶状体上皮细胞的凋亡、自由基对晶状体的氧化损伤、晶状体信号转导的异常以及晶状体蛋白质的翻译后修饰变性等有着密切的关系。中药可通过作用于以上环节而起到预防或治疗糖性白内障的作用。Sugar cataract is a kind of ophthalmic disease induced by metabolism disorder, and its process relates to some channels closely, such as the abnormal of polyalcohol pathway, the apoptosis of lens epithelial cells, the oxidative damage in the crystalline, the abnormal of signal transduction in lens and the post-translational degeneration of lens protein. Chinese herbs play an effective role in the treatment of sugar cataract by affecting these channels.
