摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法等,对长株潭高校不同年龄段女性职工参与休闲体育时间配置、体育活动内容、项目、场地选择,以及影响因素进行调查与分析,女性自身因素、结构因素、人人际交往因素是影响女性参与休闲体育运动的主要因素,针对上述调查结果,笔者针对性地提出一些有利于女性休闲体育发展的建议和对策,进而推动高校女性职工身体素质全面发展。This paper uses literature, survey, data statistics, and so on Changzhutan University of female workers of all ages to participate in sports leisure time allocation, sports content, projects, site selection, as well as the investi gation and analysis of the factors,Impact of the participation of women in sports leisure main factors women their own factors, structural factors, all interpersonal factors, in view of the above findings, the authors put forward some to the women of leisure sports and the development of the countermeasures.
