防盲治盲工作中白内障联合翼状胬肉手术

摘　　要：目的:探讨在防盲治盲工作中行表面麻醉下白内障囊外摘除术联合翼状胬肉切除术的可行性。方法:收集白内障合并翼状胬肉待手术的患者48例(53只眼),对所有患者行表面麻醉下白内障囊外摘除术联合翼状胬肉切除术,随访6个月。观察患者手术中所需时间、痛觉、后囊膜情况,以及手术后视力,并发症(角膜水肿,前房、翼状胬肉复发)等情况。结果:所有手术都能顺利完成。结论:在防盲治盲工作中行表面麻醉下白内障囊外摘除术联合翼状胬肉切除术是安全有效可行的。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of extracapsular cataract extraction combined with ptergium surgery under topical anesthesia in blindness prevention and treatment, Methods Extracapsular cataract extraction combined with ptergium surgery were performed on 48 patients （53 eyes） with 6 months follow up. Time cost,pain,posterior capsular in operation and best corrected visual acuity,complications after surgery were investigated,Results All surgeries all can complete smoothly.Conclusion Extracapsular cataract extraction combined with ptergium surgery under topical anesthesia is safe and effective in blindness prevention and treatment.
