大型自由锻造油压机固定梁的有限元分析

摘　　要：根据某大型自由锻造油压机固定梁的结构特点,利用大型通用有限元分析软件I-DEAS建立有限元模型,并对固定梁进行了静力学的有限元分析计算,研究了在三种工况下固定梁的结构应力(应变)以及位移(变形)情况。结果表明,应用I-DEAS软件分析计算具有较高的精度,所建立模型和采用的计算方法可靠,固定梁的结构设计合理。According to the structural feature of fix beam of heavy open forging oil press, utilizing the heavy universal finite element analysis software I-DEAS to build the.finite element model and analyze and calculate the statics finite element of fixed beam. The structural stress and the displacement statement of fixed beam were studied under 3 working positions. The result shows that the application of software I-DEAS is more accuracy and both the calculation procedure and the built model are liable, the structural design of fixed beam is reasonable as well.
