摘  要:目的研究白血病患者与其骨髓中促凋亡蛋白Bim基因表达的关系,以及Bim基因的表达与血清铁蛋白水平的关系。方法用半定量RT-PCR方法检测30例白血病患者和10例特发性血小板减少性紫瘢(ITP)患者(对照组)中Bim mRNA的表达,并分析其与血清铁蛋白水平的关系。结果白血病患者和对照组中均存在BimmRNA的表达,但白血病患者Bim mRNA的表达明显低于对照组(P<0.01),与铁蛋白成负相关性(Y=1237.6-1280X,r=-1280)。结论Bim mRNA在白血病患者中呈低表达,与白血病的发生密切相关,Bim的促凋亡机制和细胞内铁吸收转运有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of Bim mRNA and intracelular iron delivery in leukemia patients,to reveal the machanism of apoptosis of Bim. Methods The expression of Bim mRNA in bone marrow mononuclear cell was detected by semi-quantaitaton RT-PCR technique in 30 leukemia patients and 10 normal controls. At the same time observe the ferritin in blood. Results Bim mRNA was expressed in all groups. By statistical analysis,the expression in leukemia patients was significantly lower than that in normal controls(P〈0.01). The ferritin in leukemia patients' blood was negatively correlated with expression of Bim mRNA (Y= 1 237.6-1 280X,r=-1 280). Conclusion Expression of Bim mRNA was negative to leukemia. The machanism of apoptosis of Bim protein was related to intracelular iron delivery.
