平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗儿童颌面部海绵状血管瘤的疗效

摘　　要：目的探索和评价联合平阳霉素和地塞米松瘤体内注射治疗小儿颌面部海绵状血管瘤疗效。方法对49例小儿颌面部海绵状血管瘤患者行联合平阳霉素和地塞米松瘤体内注射。结果经6～12个月的随访，治愈26例（53％），基本治愈19例（39％），有效4例（8％），无效0例。不良反应：发热（T〈38．5℃）5例，皮疹1例，未出现局限性溃疡、疼痛等症。结论平阳霉素与地塞米松联合治疗儿童颌面部海绵状血管瘤，疗效确切，不良反应少。Objective The effect of combined pinyangmycin and dexamethasone injection treatment for hemangioma in children in maxillofacial region. Methods The medical records of 49 patients with hemangioma in the maxillofacial regions were reviewed Pinyangmycin and Dexamethasone were combined and injected into the cavity or the circumference of bemangioma. Results All cases were followed up for 6-12 months. 26（53%） cases were cured, 19（39%）cases were basical- ly cured,4（8%）were effective,o case no responded to treatment. In 49 cases 5 showed fever（T（ 38.5℃） ,1 did rash. No case caught necrotic partial ulcer of hemangiona and ache. Conclusion The data suggested that the intracavitary injection of pinyangmycin combined dexamethasone could be safe,simple and effective therapy to orofacial hemangioma in chileren.
