摘　　要：在对一种执行机构由液压缸组成的镗床机械手结构进行分析的基础上,将PLC应用于其控制系统,完成了系统的硬件设计和软件设计。根据该机械手的工作特点,采用步进顺序控制方式,使程序简化,便于调试。Introduces the designing and system hardware and software of a control system of a manipulator for boring machine based on PLC,whose executive mechanism is made up of hydraulic cylinder.According to the work characteristic of the manipulator,stepping sequence control is adopted so as to simplify program.
