不同年龄段单纯腭裂未手术患者颌骨矢状向发育的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究不同年龄段单纯腭裂未手术患者颌骨矢状向的生长发育。方法:混合牙列期单纯腭裂未手术患者16例,16岁以上单纯腭裂未手术患者25例,拍摄头颅定位侧位片,测量分析矢状方向的线距和角度;分别以相应年龄段的单纯腭裂术后患者、非唇腭裂正常者作为对照,采用SPSS11.0软件包中的单因素方差分析(ANOVA)对所得数据进行处理。结果:混合牙列期单纯腭裂未手术患者仅表现为上颌骨长度缩短,而16岁以上单纯腭裂未手术患者除了上颌骨长度缩短外,还表现为上颌骨位置相对后缩,存在明显Ⅲ类倾向。结论:单纯腭裂未手术患者上颌骨发育存在缺陷,随年龄增长,畸形加重。PURPOSE： To study the anteroposterior maxillary growth and development of different age stages with unoperated isolate cleft palate patients. METHODS： Lateral cephalograms from 16 unoperated isolate cleft palate patients with mixed dentition and 25 adult unoperated isolate cleft palate patients were traced and compared with those from operated cleft patients and normal individuals respectively. The results of various measurements in the anteroposterior aspect were analyzed with SPSS11.0 software package for ANOVA. RESULTS： The unoperated cases with mixed dentition showed only a short maxilla, and in adult unoperated cases the results showed a retruded maxilla with C-Ⅲ tendency besides a short maxilla. CONCLUSION： There are inhibitory effects of anteroposterior growth and development of maxilla in unoperated isolate cleft palate patients, which becomes more serious with age.
