论高校行政人员行政价值观的重塑

摘　　要：随着我国社会结构的复杂化和高校行政人员的年轻化,我国高校行政人员的价值追求在多元发展中出现了一些新的问题,这既有社会的客观因素,也有行政人员自身的主观因素。按照高校行政人员行政价值观重塑的原则,高校行政人员行政价值观重塑应该主要通过加强思想政治教育、塑造良好的行政文化氛围和建立健全组织制度三个方面来实现。As the constitution of our society has become complicated and the university＇sadministrative staff have become younger, chaotic signs have appeared in the process of those staff＇ spursuit for value, which is due not only to the objective factors from society, but also to their subjective factors. According to the principles for reconstructing the university administrative staff＇svalues, the reconstruction should be realized mainly through the three aspects as follows： reinforcing the ideological and political education, creating a good atmosphere of administrative culture and establishing and perfecting the organizational system.
