摘　　要：实行校企合作,是实现高等职业教育人才培养目标的内在要求,是实施质量立校战略决策的核心内涵,是提高学生质量的有效途径。目前高等职业院校实践性教学环节存在一定的不足,已成为高职教育发展的制约因素,解决的途径是转变观念,建立完善的校企合作的运行机制,构建校企合作的培养高素质技术人才平台。Cooperation between colleges and enterprises is the internal demands to achieve the goals of talent cultivation; the nucleus to implement the strategies of quality project and the effective solution to explore the students＇ capability. Working experience in current colleges is not sufficiently provided with the students. As a result, this thesis advocates that we should perfect the cooperation system between colleges and enterprises and structure a platform on which we can satisfy the cultivation for the high-quality talents.
