摘　　要：阐述了在扩招背景下实施大学英语分级教学管理模式的思路和步骤。新的管理模式,是满足不同层次不同需求学生个性化英语学习的需要;同时,通过完善教师教学的激励和约束机制,增强教师的责任心和荣誉感,从"教"与"学"的方面提高大学英语教学的整体质量。The paper systematically elaborates the establishment and implementation steps of College English graduation teaching management pattern under the background of college expansion. The new management pattern can satisfy the autonomous learning of different students with different can stimulate the student＇s in. terests with different levels. On the restraint mechanism, teacher＇s responsibility and a sense of honor English levels and different needs In addition, it other hand, by establishing the stimulation and can be greatly strengthened. As a result, both teaching and learning quality can be improved.
