摘  要:为了研究大粒径碎石沥青混合料的振动成型方法,采用自行研制的振动成型压实机,对大粒径碎石沥青混合料进行了不同配置条件下的振动压实试验;分析了各配置条件下大粒径碎石沥青混合料的密度、强度与各振动参数的关系,得出了最佳振动压实的参数组合,并在该配置条件下,进行了振动压实与马歇尔击实压实的对比试验。结果表明,振动压实法更为合理,既不易击碎石料,又能获得与马歇尔击实法相近的抗压强度和劈裂强度。Under different configurations of the vibratory compaction machine which is developed by the authors, this paper carried out the compaction tests on the large stone asphalt mixture. The relations between the density and strength of the mixture with the vibratory parameters were analyzed, and the optimal combinations of the vibratory parameters were found out, the comparison tests of the indices between the vibrating compaction and the Marshall Compaction were carried out. The results show that the vibrating compaction is better than Marshall compaction. Under vibrating compaction, the aggregate in the mixture is not easy to be crashed, and the compactive and intensive strength values of the mixture are close to that compacted by the Marshall compaction. 6 tabs, 7 figs, 10 refs.
