摘　　要：随着我国高等教育由精英化向大众化的转变,也带来了大学生社会化的新问题。本文分析了大学生的社会角色,指出加强大学生社会化教育是教育功能、教育目标、大学生特点和就业形势的要求,并探讨了大学生角色社会化教育的内容。The shift from specialization to popularization of higher education in China has brought new problems. Therefore, this paper has firstly analyzed the roles of university students in society and then pointed out the education of the socialized roles of university students should be strengthened to meet the needs of university educational functions, goals and the present employment situation. The article has further discussed how to educate students their socialized roles.
