摘  要:目的动态研究现场剂量下碘酸钾(KIO_3)、碘化钾(KI)对小鼠血液抗氧化能力的影响。方法将240只昆明种小鼠按体重随机分为4组(各组浓度以腆含量计):(1)KI 适碘剂量组(K150μg/L);(2)KI 现场剂量组(KI180μg/L);(3)KIO_3适碘剂量组(KIO_350 μg/L);(4)KIO_3现场剂量组(KIO_3180μg/L)。分别喂养10、20、30周(w)后,测定小鼠全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)活性、血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与KI 适碘剂量组相比,10 w 时其余3组各项指标变化不显著;20 w 时 KIO_3现场剂量组 GPx 活性下降(P<0.05);SOD 活性代偿性增强(P<0.05);30 w 时 KI 现场剂量组 GPx 活性下降(P<0.05);KIO_3适碘剂量组 GPx 活性下降(P<0.01);KIO_3现场剂量组 GPx 活性下降(P<0.01);SOD 活性代偿性增强(P<0.01);MDA 含量增加(P<0.01);SOD/MDA 降低(P<0.05)。结论 30 w 时 KI 现场剂量组与 KIO_3现场剂量组小鼠血液抗氧化能力均有不同程度的降低,其中 KIO_3现场剂量组变化最为显著。Objective To study dynamicly the effect of potassium iodate (KIO3) and potassium iodide (KI) with the population dosage on blood antioxidation in mice. Methods Two hundred and forty Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups according to the body weights( following concentrations are iodine content): (1) adequate iodine content group in KI ( KI 50 μg/L), (2) population dosage group of KI ( KI 180 μg/L), (3) adequate iodine content group in KIO3( KIO3 50 μg/L), (4) population dosage group of KIO3(KIO3 180 μg/L). Fed 10 weeks, 20 weeks, 30 weeks later, the mice were respectively sacrificed and the GPx and SOD activities and MDA contents in blood were measured. Results Compared with the adequate iodine content group in KI, various indicators in other 3 groups were not significantly changed at the 10th week. At the 20th week, the GPx activity in population dosage group of KIO3 was lower than that of the adequate iodine content group in KI ( P 〈0.05), and the SOD activity enhanced compensatorily ( P 〈0.05). At the 30th week, the GPx activities in the population dosage group of KI, the adequate iodine content group in KIO3 and the population dosage group of KIO3 were lower than that of the adequate iodine content group in KI, with P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 and P 〈0.01 separately, the SOD activity enhanced compensatorily (P 〈 0.01), the MDA content increased( P 〈 0.01), and the ratio of SOD/MDA decreased( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions At the 30th week, compared to the adequate iodine content group in KI, the blood antioxidation of mice decreased with varying degrees both in the population dosage groups of KI and KIO3. The change of antioxidation in the KIO3 group was more significant.
