摘  要:目的:制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)/纳米蒙脱土(MMT)复合义齿基托材料并进行摩擦磨损实验。方法:利用悬浮聚合法制备PMMA/MMT复合物;用红外光谱图(FT-IR)、X射线衍射图谱(XRD)表征其纳米复合结构的形成;通过摩擦磨损实验并与临床常规义齿基托材料进行比较了解复合材料的耐磨性能。结果:悬浮聚合法可以成功制备PMMA/MMT复合物。复合材料表现出高摩擦、低磨损的性能。结论:MMT的加入可以提高复合材料的耐磨性能。Objective: To prepare poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA) filled with organic montmorillonite (MMT) and observe the friction-wear properties. Methods: The PMMA/MMT nanocompounds were synthesized by suspension polymerization. The effect of MMT on the properties of the nanocomposites was investigated by friction and wear test. FT-IR, and XRD were used to proved the nanostructure of the composites. Results: The PMMA/MMT nanocompounds were successfully prepared by suspension polymerization. The content of MMT influenced on the properties of nanocompounds. The friction and wear behavior of the nanocomposites were enhanced compared with the normal dental material. Conclusion: The friction and wear behavior of PMMA/MMT nanocompounds could be enhanced due to the incorporation of nano MMT.
