摘  要:以FPGA/Cyclone II-EP2C8Q208芯片为核心,采用12 bit AD7920作为DAC,由带触摸屏的256色5.7英寸CSTN彩色液晶屏、快捷键等组成人机交互界面的硬件平台,Delphi7.0与USB1.1完成上位机图形操作界面通信,在ARM/S3C44B0X的控制下,实现基于DDS的单通道便携式任意信号发生器。除了可产生±10 V/0.01 Hz^30 MHz的正弦波等常规波形外,还能输出数码流、调制信号、随机噪声、扫频信号等,特别是时域或频域的自定义波形,而且信号参数均是步进在线可调。实验表明该设计有效,在介绍系统设计思想的同时,还重点讲述系统FPGA与软件以及自定义波形设计等。A one-channel portable arbitrary waveform generator was developed. It took FPGA/Cyclone Ⅱ-EP2C8Q20 as the core; adopted AD7920 with 12 bits for DAC; used 5.7′CSTN monitor with 256 colors, touch screen and shortcut keyboard for the hardware platform of human-machine interface; and used USB1.1 and Delphi 7.0 for communication of the upper computer with graphic interface, it was under the control of ARM S3C44BOX. Besides common waveforms such as sine wave with voltage ± 10 V, frequency range from 0.01 Hz to 30 M Hz were generated, data-bit-stream, modulation signals, random noise, sweeping signals, user-defined time domain or frequency domain waveform in special were also generated, and the signal parameters could be adjusted online step-by-step. The experiments show the design is effective. The designs of FPGA, software and user-defined waveform were mainly introduced as well as the system design ideas.
