摘 要:根据电磁学原理和传感器技术,利用差分电感传感器将长度的微小变化转换成电压的较大变化。理论推导出微小长度的变化与外电路电压的变化关系,通过测量外电路电压的变化可计算出微小长度变化。通过实验方案的设计,制作了一个能实现以上转变的电感传感器并实施了测量,将测量结果与光杠杆的测量结果相比较,得出用差分电感传感器测量微小长度时,其测量范围与测量灵敏度是矛盾的,但在一定范围内,它的测量精度比光杠杆的更高。According to the theory of electromagnetism and the technology of transducer, using differential inductance transducer, the smaller change of the length was transformed to the greater change of the voltage. From the theory, the relationship between the change of the micro-length and the voltage change of outside circuit was deduced. By measuring the change of voltage, the change of micro-length was calculated. An experiment was designed, and an inductance transducer which could realize the transform was made, and then put into effect. Comparing the result with that measured in the optical lever,the scope of measure is at variance with the sensitivity of measure when measuring micro-length by magnetic field, but it is more exact than the result measured by the optical lever in some range.
