摘  要:西部地区是各类大型军工企业和国防科技研究所相对集中的地区,拥有大量的军工技术成果,成熟的军工生产、制造技术以及良好信誉,但在"保军转民"的政策下,在市场经济环境中却陷入军品任务不足和民品开发形不成市场的困境,严重阻碍了军工企业的创新发展。本文通过对市场机制的研究,探讨了一些促进军工企业创新发展的方式,认为长期协调、正确、合理地运用市场机制,可发挥其最大效益,实现军工企业的创新发展。Many large war industry and national defense institutes are distributed in west region. They have a lot of achievements in techniques, well-rounded production and manufacture and favorable credit standing. But under the policy of "keeping army and transferring civilian", they are blocked by plunging into the comer of lack of army article assignment and civilian article devdoping market in the market economic environment. This paper discusses some valuable modes to promote and assure the innovation and development of war industry through studying market mechanism. Furthermore, it is thought that the innovation and development of war industry can be realized and brought to play superior limit by long-term, harmonious, correct and logical use of market mechanism.
