摘　　要：在分析普通高校体育教学现状的基础上,结合当前实际,对重技术轻理论的教学思想予以剖析;为更好地实现体育教学对增进学生身心健康和提高当代大学生体育文化素养提供有益的参考.This paper made an in-depth study ol the teaching concept of emphasizing techniques rather than theories in Physical Education on the basis of analyzing its status quo in colleges and universities and in combination of current realities, It aims to provide reference for improving students＇ physical and mental health as well as for enhancing their physical and cultural qualities through Physical Education.
