心安宁的降血脂和抗凝血作用

摘　　要：心安宁ｐｏ３，６ｇ／ｋｇ对实验性高血脂症大鼠能明显降低其血清和肝脏中的ＴＣ和ＴＧ含量（Ｐ＜０．０１），并能明显提高血清ＨＤＬ－Ｃ的含量（Ｐ＜０．０１）及降低ＡＩ值；心安宁ｐｏ２，４ｇ／ｋｇ能明显延长小鼠凝血时间（Ｐ＜０．０１）；心安宁ｐｏ１，３ｇ／ｋｇ能明显减轻大鼠动静脉血栓重量（Ｐ＜０．０１）。Xinanning(po 3,6 g/kg) significantly decreased the content of TC and TG in serum and liver of rats with experimental hyperlipidemia( P <0 01) And it also significantly( P <0 01) increased the content of HDL C and decreased the value of AI Xinanning(po 2,4 g/kg) could significantly( P <0 01) prolong the coagulation time in mice Xinanning(po 1,3 g/kg) could significantly( P <0 01) reduce the weight of arteriovenous thrombus in rats
