摘  要:以同龄健康男性为对照,通过测定举重运动员大负荷力量训练期间血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和瘦素水平,探讨大负荷力量训练时举重运动员运动负荷与IL-6、瘦素水平之间的关系,以及二者作为运动训练机能评定指标的可能性。结果表明:运动强度加大伴随着IL-6水平上升,运动强度减小伴随着IL-6水平下降,但瘦素水平的变化较少。安静状态时,举重运动员和健康人的瘦素水平存在显著差异,IL-6水平差异却不显著。可见,在机能评定时,举重运动员IL-6对运动强度敏感,可以作为运动强度评价的一个指标,而瘦素则不然。To investigate the relevance between serum interleukin-6 and leptin of the lifters under the heavy load training condition,and the possibility of serum interleukin-6 and leptin as markers,an observation has been conducted by measuring the level of serum interleukin-6 and leptin of those lifters during the heavy load training and take the healthy men at same age as control. The results showed that as the training intensity increase come with the interleukin-6 level increase,and vice versa. While the level of leptin changed nonsiginificantly. Under the training perild,the level of leptin was significantly difference compared with the lifters and the control. In indicated that IL-6 level of lifters was sensitive to training intensity can be suggested regard as a marker.
