齐刺法治疗原发性三叉神经痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价齐刺法治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效、症状改善情况及安全耐受性,为临床提供规范、成熟、易推广的诊疗技术。方法将患者192例随机分为针刺组与药物组各96例,针刺组各以颧(患侧)为主穴,阳陵泉、丰隆穴为配穴;药物组口服卡马西平。结果两组疗效相近;针刺组在起效时间、止痛的远期效果方面优于药物组。结论齐刺法治疗三叉神经痛疗效满意。Objective： By evaluating the clinical curative effect, improvement of symptom and security tolerance of three- acupuncture on patients with trigeminal neuralgia（TN）, according to which provide a canonical, mature and easy to be popularized therapy method for acupuncture treating TN. Methods： 192 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： acupuncture group composed of 96 patients and control group composed of 96 patients. The patients of acupuncture group were treated by acupuncturing such point as quanliao（suffer from a side） which was a principle point, and also choose yanglingquan and fenlong points. The patients of control group were treated with Carbamazepine tablet. Results： Acupuncture and western medicine could alleviate the degree of ache and have obviously therapeutic effects on TN. It had no significance after statistical dispose, both had perfect effect. But acupuncture was superior than medicine on the time to bring effect and acesodyne effect. Conclusion： Acupuncture has content curative effect in treating TN.
