摘　　要：在对项目成本控制与项目进度控制基本问题的分析基础上,建立了项目成本与控制进度的不完全信息的混合战略博弈分析模型,指出在质量的约束条件下,项目管理者需要对成本与进度目标作出优化决策,并进行综合控制,以提高项目的施工效益和工程效益。On the base of basic problems analysis of scheme cost control and progress control, it builds mixed strategic gaming analysis model of imperfect information between the scieme cost and progress control, points out the project manager need does optimization decisions to the cost and progress target and does composite control, which will improve the construction benefits and project bennfits of scheme .
