摘  要:目的:观察腹腔内注入顺磁性造影剂维影钆胺(Gd-DTPA)后大鼠脑胶质瘤的显示和强化情况。方法:80只SD大鼠脑内胶质瘤细胞种植后分成两组,分别经静脉内和腹腔内注入造影剂后行磁共振扫描。结果:经腹腔内注入造影剂与经静脉内注入造影剂两种方法对肿瘤的显示和强化相差不显著。结论:SD大鼠脑胶质瘤磁共振造影剂Gd-DTPA的给药途径可选用经腹腔内注入,其合适浓度为0.1~0.5mmol/kg。Objective:The revelation and enhancement of tumor in rat brain glioma model were observed after the injection of paramagnetic contrast agent Gd DTPA intraperitoneally. Methods:80 SD rats were classified into two groups after the implantation of brain glioma tumor, each group was MR scaned after the injection of contrast was given intravenously or intraperitoneally.Results: There were no significant differences statistically in the revelation and enhancement of tumor with two methods. Conclusion: The intraperitoneal method can be chosen in SD rat brain glioma, and the proper dosage is 0.1-0.5 mmol /kg.
